The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our Consumer Healthcare team on full time permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity within our Brand Marketing team in a role which will see you managing a portfolio of products with emphasis on the Nyal brand.
- Key accountabilities include: _
- Developing and execution of the marketing plan for in line with sales, profit, market share and spend targets
- Managing the implementation of bestinclass communication plans that are efficient, effective and in line with brand objectives
- Developing high impact advertising and promotional programs
- In collaboration with the National Account Management team, develop category and brand insights, brand strategies, new line / ranging proposals and customerspecific marketing plans for category reviews.
About You
You are keen to progress your marketing career within a thriving organisation and crave sufficient autonomy in your role to effectively execute and deliver positive results to the business, with ongoing support and mentorship of a Senior Brand Manager.
- You will also possess the following requirements for this role: _
- 35 years brand management in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industry (Assistant Brand Manager's seeking the next step in their career are welcome to apply
- Commercial and financial analysis ability to effectively manage key brand operational activities
- Sound knowledge of marketing principles
- Previous experience in new product development and/or sales will be highly regarded
- Previous experience marketing products sold in multiple channels, including pharmacy/grocery is desirable
