**Your role**

As a HR Coordinator at IXOM, no two days are the same. With interesting and varied challenges, projects, and priorities to meet, you will find yourself immersed in a hands-on and fast paced position.

On this role, you will support the HR Business Partnering Team and Talent Acquisition team to provide front-line leaders with the appropriate tools and support to manage their people and succeed in their roles.

Reporting to our Senior HR Business Partner in this true generalist position, you will have the opportunity to make an impact across all elements of the employee life cycle.

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide first level of advisory support for employees and managers, including provision of advice on employment matters and policy interpretation.
- Work closely with the HR Business Partnering team, People Services Team and Payroll team to ensure the accurate preparation and provision of HR administration.
- Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Business Partners to provide Talent Acquisition support where required.
- Participate in team, company or individual projects/initiatives and other People & Culture Team requirements.
- Provides administrative support to the HR Business partnering team, including but not limited to preparation of monthly data reports and Monthly Town hall packs, presentation of Town Hall packs, raising Purchase Orders and invoicing, etc.
- Provide industrial and employee relations advice on low-risk matters ensuring the provision of quality, accurate and timely solutions.
- Collaborate with other key stakeholders, and the Ixom People and Culture Centre's of Excellence to ensure front line leaders and teams receive appropriate information and support.
- Participate in coaching conversations and support front line leaders through the employee life cycle.

**Your skills & experience**

**This is an exciting and diverse role, where we require an individual who is a problem solver, a great communicator, and is happy to work as part of a team as well as autonomously. You will need to be curious, proactive, responsive and be flexible to work from our sites as required.**
- Degree qualifications in (or currently studying) Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Commerce ,Psychology or other related discipline.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information in a diplomatic manner
- Basic level of experience and understanding of industrial and employee relations matters.
- Understanding of the employment lifecycle and its implications on our employees.
- Ability to communicate with and influence various stakeholders.
- Previous experience in administration and/or recruitment is highly regarded
- Managing a dynamic and changing work environment with strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with limited direct supervision
- Experience of HR systems is desired however not essential, coupled with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suit
