**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in diary management and provide support to associates.
- Resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Coordinate resources for project delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries and address complaints promptly.
- Support Business Development initiatives such as tenders and presentations.
- Coordinate client marketing events and promotional activities.
- Assist with general office duties and reception tasks as required.
