KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations and initiatives related to customer service, encompassing all facets concerning materials, clients, and suppliers. Process client orders efficiently, conducting thorough reviews to confirm details with clients, and communicate any changes to the original order, including pricing or availability. Maintain accurate records of all relevant customs and duties associated with product sales as required by specific clients. Generate delivery requests with precise order information and liaise with logistics partners to facilitate the timely delivery of products. Ensure that delivery requests are handled swiftly and accurately, confirming receipt and securing necessary proof of delivery documentation from the store when needed.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

A strong commitment to continuous improvement and a customer-focused approach. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Highly motivated and enthusiastic. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and clients through various digital communication channels. Results-driven with a focus on solution-oriented strategies. Adaptable, collaborative, and open to new ideas. Capable of navigating complexity and change in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders as part of a cohesive team. Keen attention to detail. Experience in distribution, chemical, or similar industries is a plus. Comprehensive understanding of the customer purchase-to-pay process.
