**We are an enthusiastic team of early childhood professionals with the focus of providing a high quality, best practice service within the NDIS partners in the community approach to children and families. This role is for a coordinator to work within the early supports pathway. The skills and experience we are looking for include**:
- Minimum diploma tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Allied Health Professions or other relevant education/health professional field (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- An understanding of early childhood development and the ability to use this knowledge to support & upskill families in an individualised way - one size does not fit all
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills & the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary, key worker framework to ensure holistic, quality early interventions for families
- Experience providing support to families using a strengths-based, coaching approach that values the child’s natural environments is desirable.
- You will also write reports, and provide details to the NDIA on a child’s developmental and functional abilities, so proficient use of a computer is essential
Other requirements include:
- Current Driver's Licence - P1 minimum
- Valid Working with Children’s Check Clearance.
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS WC) or willingness to obtain.
- Fully vaccinated in accordance with current Northcott & NSW Health Regulations & requirements.
- Successful pre-employment police check.
