Working within the AU marketing team, this hands-on role will assist in devising, driving and executing strategic ANZ marketing initiatives and campaigns to deliver a remarkable brand experience for consumers and customers.

You will work on one of our high growth portfolios, managing innovation projects, P&L and communication activities. This is an activation focused role for a high energy, creative marketer. We offer great career progression and workplace flexibility (work from home and one of our two Sydney offices; Surry Hills or Warriewood).

**Responsibilities include**:

- Deliver projects within the innovation pipeline (there will be a mix of Global and ANZ initiatives). This will include consumer research and consumer insight development, idea generation, preparation of the business plans, stage gate management, go to market plans and post launch review
- Supporting in planning and executing consumer marketing campaigns, including leading the delivery of through the line campaigns working with our media agency and internal cross functional teams to activate
- Portfolio segment management sharing regular performance updates and optimization plans.
- Support the ANZ Brand Management team in the key growth initiatives

**Who are you?**
- Junior marketeer, with recent experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Assistant Brand Manager in an FMCG organisation
- Hands-on, executing local campaigns
- Experience leading or participating in innovation
