Description:

About the role


We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager ready to step up in a contract capacity for - 9 months.

Ideal start date late August / early September.


Working on brands like Brut, Norsca, you will drive marketing activities that generate long term success of this portfolio and retailer categories.


Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Support Senior Brand Manager
  • Develop and implement new products
  • Support internal sales team with go to market plans & category strategies
  • Monthly analysis & reporting of scan & category sales
  • Manage brand media campaigns, planning, creative, reporting and budgets
  • Track and monitor monthly brand budgets
  • Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures

Skills and Experiences:

About you

  • Marketing or business related degree is essential
  • A passion to bring meaningful change and innovation to established product categories in market
  • Exceptional attention to detail in execution including; Packaging & Product design, Media creative, Channel marketing support
  • Experience working with FMCG products &/or categories
  • 2+ years as a Marketing Assistant or similar with a drive to learn and build your core Marketing capability
  • Solid understanding and experience with marketing plans including in store & above the line Media
  • Experience reporting on and analyzing grocery channel data including; scan sales, promotional and display effectiveness
  • General understanding of budgets and the process of budgets and forecasts
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team & other internal departments
  • Experience preparing for Grocery range reviews ideal
