We are looking for a Property Specialist who will be responsible for the scoping of suitable new store and relocation tenancies in addition to the management of the leasing and maintenance requirements.The Property Specialist will ensure a consistent pipeline of potential opportunities is available to the business and will support in negotiating commercially savvy leasing arrangements in line with business expectations.**About us**:Bay Audio a brand of Amplifon is one of Australia's leading retail hearing health providers. - Propose areas of interest in accordance with the Bay Audio growth strategy
- Determine and present suitable available tenancies for consideration with relevant stakeholders
- Manage discussions with Shopping Centre Management regarding tenancy location, size, availability and commerce
- Co-ordinate new store project meetings for relevant stakeholders
- Manage build phase from handover through to store opening in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

**Relocation Projects**
- Consult with Shopping Centre Management regarding upcoming relocation opportunities in accordance with Bay Audio strategy
- Manage discussions with Shopping Centre Management regarding tenancy location, size, availability and commerce
- Coordinate relocation project meetings for relevant stakeholders
- Manage build phase from handover through to store opening in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

**Leasing**
- Consult with legal providers and relevant stakeholders to ensure all leases are executed in a timely fashion
- Maintain appropriate records concerning lease duration
- Take ownership of new lease and lease renewal negotiations
- Present any leasing changes to the Bay Audio Australia SLT for consideration

**Facilities & Maintenance**
- Collaborate with the Office Administrator to ensure that all maintenance requests are actioned appropriately
- Maintain discussion with Shopping Centre Management regarding any potential refurbishments
- Ensure that appropriate WHS standards are maintained including but not limited to: Fire Safety, Electrical Test & Tag and ergonomically suitable workspaces

- Business qualifications
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Strong understanding of demographics and shopping centre environments
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Proven interpersonal skills
