As an Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around scheduling training sessions, providing support to the Managing Director, and addressing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Training Scheduling**: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of training sessions for employees.
- **Support to Managing Director**: Provide administrative assistance to the Managing Director, including managing calendars and arranging meetings.
- **Document Management**: Organise and maintain physical and electronic documents, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval when needed.
- **Office Operations**: Assist in general office operations, such as ordering supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the workspace.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**: Input data accurately into relevant systems or databases and assist in generating reports as required by the management team.

This role can be full or parttime and renumeration will be based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
