The role:


Mint Kitchens have successfully developed a team capable of delivering projects of a high quality and built a reputation for service and reliability.

We are seeking someone to join our team, in a varied and diverse role - overseeing but not limited to reception duties, varied administration tasks, greeting clients, ordering, maintaining the showroom, calendar input

Duties

  • Managing the front of house including greeting and directing visitors, overseeing the upkeep ofShowroom, maintaining product samples, basic cleaning and tidying duties
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers to ensure efficient supply of products.
  • Overseeing the placement of orders for stock, ensuring accuracy and crosschecking with customer requirements
  • Engaging with suppliers to problem solve any supply issues with emphasis on maintaining customer delivery date for the project
  • Receipt of goods from suppliers including checking for damage, labelling of materials
  • Assisting all departments in administrative tasks

About you


As we are innovative with our systems and methods, a high computer competency is essential and exceptional skills with Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat are necessary.


Key attributes that are fundamental to the Mint Kitchens team are a friendly and professional attitude, but you will also need to be accurate and have a high attention to detail.

You must have excellent organisational skills and be self-disciplined. Previous experience and understanding of the construction industry will be highly advantageous.

We are seeking someone who has the requisite skillset and is enthusiastic about growing with our business. There are opportunities for the role to develop and expand over time.

Salary:
$ $27.88 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mitchell, ACT 2911: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (required)
