Our client, an Australian Owned Electronic Security company, is currently seeking a WHS & Compliance Coordinator to join their office in Concord.

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that best practice quality management is embedded across the organisation and accreditation is maintained.

You will support, help, develop, maintain, and oversee WHS, Quality Management and Compliances across the business nationwide.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:
**Compliance**:
- Monitor and report on performance of compliance through regular department audits on a continuing basis- Managing Quality Audits- Maintain quality management system, ensuring compliance, and update quality systems.- Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with the WHS Safety Management System and relevant legislation- Ensure all company compliance is up to date including the relevant licenses, insurances, and accreditations- Update clients and suppliers with insurance, licensing, and certifications.- Contract management including filling contracts, maintain contract register, reviewing contracts terms and conditions with relevant stakeholders.- Maintain Test and Tag Register for all electrical equipment owned by USA/UCA. Re-test equipment that has passed expiry date.- Conduct monthly random drug and alcohol testing for separate business units- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all sites**WHS**:

- Coordinate WHS activities across the different companies and contribute to the development and implementation of plans regarding key health and safety strategies..- Assist all departments with SWMS, JSA's, incident reports and all WHS documentation as requested.- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses and unsafe working conditions including reporting of identified hazards and appropriate risk control measures to the heads of department.- Conduct all onsite safety audits.- Liaise with department managers and staff to ensure all incidents are recorded and appropriate action is taken.- Document all incidents and ensure all documentation is filed in the WHS folder/Employee's folder.- Notify all incidents to Workers Compensation Insurance within timeframe of penalty.- Liaise with Workers Compensation Insurance on incident claims made to USA/UCA.- Develop Return-to-Work programs for injured workers**CONSULTANT**:
