This is an exciting opportunity for you an experienced Salesforce functional consultant who is passionate about Agile delivery, technological innovation, and likes to feel a sense of ownership in the solutions you deliver. You will be a key contributor to the Business Banking Client Engagement vision and roadmap, and will work in a collaborative, fast paced environment where we are empowered to make decisions that result in the best banking experience for our clients and staff.

Working closely with sales, operation & technology teams you will be the voice of the customer who is able to analyse and develop client centric processes and solutions as we bring the single CRM vision to life and move off legacy platforms into Salesforce.

**In this role, you will**:

- Analyse data & processes to drive viable solutions that enhance the customer/employee experience
- Write and develop user stories, generating technical specifications and perform salesforce configuration
- Acting as the voice of the customer to our engineers you will provide guidance on user behaviour to help drive development and participate in testing to ensure solution quality
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in the scrum team, identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and practice

**About you**:

- Extensive experience in technical business analysis - story mapping, analytical thinker, problem solver
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience in a large organisation with a complex technology landscape
- Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or similar
- Hands on experience with Salesforce administration and configuration with a good understanding of the Salesforce object/data model
- One or more current Salesforce certifications
- Knowledge around integration/APIs will be beneficial
- Previous experience in financial services is highly desirable(particularly sales, client onboarding, client data).
- As someone with passion, curiosity and enthusiasm, you will drive change and have a strong desire to learn.
- a team-first attitude and enthusiasm for Agile culture and Incremental delivery of Valuable Outcomes Sprint by Sprint
- excellent communication and collaboration skills; enjoyment of working with colleagues from different departments.
