In this role the primary responsibility is to focus on administrative tasks and provide support to the Australian Fleet Team as volumes continue to grow. The Fleet Support Executive will also work closely with the Global Sales Administration Team to ensure orders are progressed accurately and within timescales set.

**What you'll do**
- Onboarding of new Global international fleet customers, including setting up customer accounts, pricing agreements and account related housekeeping
- Qualification and management of sales leads
- Support on enquiries and tender requests from fleet customers
- Provide support to Key Global Accounts, FMOs, and other fleet relevant stakeholders
- Responding to pre-order queries including price/specification, lead times, stock availability and reservations
- Supporting post-order queries including status updates, order enquiries, address changes and reviewing order amendments
- Supporting post-delivery queries including resolution of missing handover documents and invoice queries
- Escalation point for orders that have missing/incorrect information
- Support the Polestar and GSAC teams in developing and improving process documentation to continuously improve the order process
- Support the Australian platform in market activation fleet events
- Negotiating and presenting pricing proposals to customers and HQ
- Support on managing B2B pricing and margins internally and vs. taxation authorities

You are enterprising and you get energy from networking with people and finding solutions

This will include, but not be limited to:

- IT and Microsoft Office experience and commercial focus
- Practical experience in working with fleets or leasing in the automotive industry is a key advantage
- Experience with Sales Force (or similar account / sales management systems)
- Advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint
- Good attention to detail, and high degree of independent thinking and analytical skills
- Proactive and engaging, customer oriented
- Solution oriented and inquisitive - with the ability to analyse problems and explore possible solutions and outcomes
