We have an exciting career opportunity for a motivated Fleet Administrator to join our progressive team based in our Sydney - Lidcombe office.

The Fleet Administrator is a vital member of the Rentokil Initial Team, responsible for ensuring that company employees drive safely in company-owned vehicles that are maintained in good operating condition.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and reporting of driver behaviour, providing advice and recommendations on safety improvement
  • Supply reports monthly on driver behaviour through our Telematics to support our agenda for Safer, Smoother, more Sustainable driver behaviour.
  • Help maximise our fleet's use by monitoring Idle Vehicles to branches and stakeholders.
  • General fleet administration, incidents, and insurance claim management
  • Ensuring fleet operation compliant with relevant governing regulations
  • Support and coordination of Driver Infringement
  • Vehicle records and reporting

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Fleet Coordination or Administration role for over 500 vehicles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Database management skills across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated competency in using Microsoft Office/ Excel and Google
  • A proactive approach to solving problems
  • A genuine desire to assist and be part of a successful operation
