About the role:
As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a key role in enhancing our recruitment practices and contributing significantly to our organisation’s growth by attracting and retaining top talent. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will take the lead in developing and executing recruitment strategies, all while fostering and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Recruitment Planning
- Provide leadership and direction to the recruitment team
- Collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers
- Implement and optimise recruitment technology and tools
- Lead initiatives for diversity and inclusion
- Monitor and report on performance metrics
- Manage vendor relationships
