- The Policy, Coordination and Reporting Team (PCR) forms part of Cladding Safety Victoria’s (CSV) Corporate Services and CEO Office divisions and has been established to:
- implement best practice project management for CSV’s program of works
- establish and support the business support mechanisms and control processes
- provide a leading role in developing and implementing strategic policy solutions to address emerging issues
- organise/coordinate secretariat functions to service CSV’s Board and its sub-committees. The Quality and Process Officer will develop processes and templates to ensure that the business implement program delivery policy consistently and will support the business to follow established requirements as well as the development of policies and mechanisms for quality assurance and control to ensure adherence with agreed policies and standards.

**Cladding Safety Victoria**

The establishment of Cladding Safety Victoria (CSV) by the Victorian Government is a world-leading initiative. The $600 million program aims to make Victorians safer by reducing the risk associated with combustible cladding on residential apartment buildings and publicly owned buildings.

We work with owners and owners' corporations to help them rectify non-compliant or non-conforming external wall cladding products on buildings. We do this by providing support, guidance and connections to appropriately registered and qualified practitioners.

Initially set up as a business unit of the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), CSV recruited staff and built the policies and procedures needed to deliver the program from the ground up. In late 2020, CSV was established as its own statutory entity with its own Act of Parliament.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain a standard set of practices, processes and templates for managing projects consistently and efficiently and monitor compliance with established standards under the CSV delivery model to ensure the organisation adheres to agreed policies and standards.
- Support operational teams to follow business procedures, methods and practices and work with them to achieve consistent document control and records management.
- Regularly review project and program management processes and systems to ensure they are efficient and effective (with regard to quality assurance, project methodology, financial management, project documentation and governance practices) whilst aligned to business needs.

**Key Selection Criteria**

To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate:

- **Business and Commercial Acumen** - Demonstrated experience working in a similar function, preferably in government and/or capital works type environment.
- **Digital and Technological Thinking** - Advanced MS Visio and MS PowerPoint skills including presentation and graphical reporting, and proficiency in the base MS Office Suite.
- **Innovation and Continuous Improvement and Customer Focus** - Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement, take responsibility for initiating and delivering outcomes for clients, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.

**Salary Details**

VPS 4 range of $91,418pa to $103,725pa plus 10.5% super.
