The Infrastructure Delivery Division delivers transport and social infrastructure projects including roads and bridges, rail and marine, through from point of funding approval, scoping and assessment in procurement, design, delivery, and commissioning.

We are seeking to recruit multiple Document Controllers to provide accurate and confidential management of documents to support the procurement, delivery and handover of road, rail, marine, transport and building projects across Infrastructure Delivery.

**The Opportunity**

Our Document Controllers collaborate closely with project teams to maintain efficient document control frameworks and ensure best practice records management.

This is a dynamic, challenging, and rewarding role, in a fast-paced environment with often competing priorities that contributes a wide range of project support functions.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in information and records management systems and understanding of document control practices.
- Initiative, prioritisation skills, and ability to work across multiple projects and competing deadlines are essential.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and familiarity with relevant legislation and standards will be important.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

**Special Conditions**
A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.

Some out of hours and weekend work, along with some intra/interstate travel requiring overnight stays, may be required.

There are multiple roles available both temporary and ongoing.

**Remuneration**
ASO4 - $76,561 to $80,256 per annum
ASO5 - $85,790 to $95,413 per annum
