**Experienced Salespeople and strategic BDM's**

- Good listening skills to understand customer needs and deliver accurate solutions.

- Persistence and determination to follow up with leads coupled with strong negotiation skills to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Continuous learning and self-improvement to stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and sales techniques.

You will know and be comfortable with the sales process for
**Electronic Security Systems Integration, **and you'll be at ease speaking with both smaller business owners to improve their security options, however, you will also seamlessly operate effectively in high-level solutions/ projects and tender submissions for government and large private clientele.

**Remuneration & Package**

**$100,000pa + a Fully Expensed Company Vehicle.**
Also, additional commission and/ or bonus structure can push the total remuneration package towards
**$200.000.**

Must be security licensed and have Experienced successes in a similar role currently or very recently within the Electronic Security Industry.
