**Your Opportunity**

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a risk focused Mandatory Learning Manager to join our People and Inclusion function at KPMG, during a period of transformational change.

As the Firmwide Mandatory Learning Manager, you’ll oversee and ensure the success management for all firmwide mandatory learning, ensuring the KPMG remains compliant. As we look to simplify the processes around mandatory learning, and enhance our people’s experience, you’ll be the primary contact for ensuring our mandatory learning requirements are clearly documented, maintained, and monitored.

- You are a people-person with a passion for navigating complexity with clients, helping them improve their performance with strategy and technology and driving business led transformation projects
- You have a can-do attitude and are always seeking creative solutions to problems with the help of the right technical tools and a supportive team
- You are a project management pro, with a love of big-picture thinking and the skills to see projects from beginning to end; such as establishing project details, performance measurement baselines, key milestones, work breakdown structures, and resource planning
- You are tuned in to business development opportunities, with confidence creating effective sales material including proposals, case studies, and other sector-specific material.

- Have a relevant Bachelor degree or higher level qualification
- Have at least 3 years of experience in learning and development, mandatory learning and/or people/project management within a corporate services environment
- Have experience or exposure in the design of learning solutions
- Have managed change and developed new processes across risk related projects
- Experience in leading projects or streams in transformational environments, which include managing various stakeholders, ensuring a clear alignment of reform activities and deliverable outcomes.
- Are familiar with how to operationalise risk management requirements into a strong user experience
- Have strong communication and relationship skills, including dealing with senior leaders
- Have strong project management skills, and ideally with exposure to Agile principles.

Please note the salary ranges $100,000 - $150,000 with respect to your level of experience.
