The Entry-Level Customer Service Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to existing customers with online order enquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to existing customers with order enquiries, including order status, delivery updates, and product availability.
- Generate invoices accurately.
- Keep detailed records in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $30.91 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
