**About the Role**:
As our Risk & Compliance Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the management of Risk and Compliance related activities throughout CleanCo. You will deliver an effective linkage between strategic level requirements and operational and site activities through collaboration and partnerships to enable CleanCo's policies, frameworks, procedures to be applied to ensure Risk and Compliance is managed and controlled effectively to protect and enhance CleanCo's value. Key duties will include:

- Undertake activities, including projects, to support the enhancement of Compliance Management and Risk Management across CleanCo, in alignment with the organisation’s strategies and goals
- Support Compliance Management requirements across CleanCo including monitoring and review of compliance obligations, identification and assessment of changes to regulatory and compliance obligations to develop and enhance CleanCo’s compliance performance and culture
- Support Risk Management requirements across CleanCo including support and facilitation of operational and site risk management activities, maintenance of risk registers as required to develop and enhance CleanCo’s Risk performance and culture
- Implement, review, and maintain the Compliance Management and Risk Management Systems as required
- Assess and provide Compliance and Risk intelligence as required to inform management and stakeholders
- Provide input and advice to the Enterprise Risk Principal Advisor to enhance Compliance Management and Risk Management across CleanCo
- Facilitate and support the development and maintenance of related Internal Controls as required
- Assure compliance with public disclosure obligations, including upkeep of website information
- In partnership with People & Culture, monitor and provide advice on compliance and mandatory training for CleanCo

**About you**:

- You bring 7+ years experience in a similar risk, compliance and governance focused position
- You have experience in facilitating risk assessment activities and development & maintenance of risk registers
- You have strong experience in the coordination of Compliance Management & Risk Management Systems
- You are a strong communicator and able to engage with stakeholders across different levels
- Possess report and process writing skills
- You have a passion to be part of something bigger than yourself, that contributes to the delivery of a clean energy future crafted in Queensland
