You'll contribute to:

  • Conducting 2nd line reviews of QA Frameworks and associated QA Programs across the organisation.
  • Providing advice in relation to the development of QA Frameworks and QA Programs across the organisation.
  • Conducting compliance testing and reviews in relation to high-risk areas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks, providing advice and support to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Review and update compliance policies and organisational documents, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.

A bit about you:

  • Strong background in audit, compliance, or risk management, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct compliance testing and reviews, design internal controls, and manage compliance within a regulatory environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks.
  • Sound working knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance management functions.
  • Demonstrates quick adaptability to new processes and strong attention to detail. In addition, you will be adept at writing policies and other compliance documents ensuring alignment to best practice guidance.
