**Who You Are**:

- **Educated and Experienced**: You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and at least 10 years of sales experience, preferably in dealership management and the cold chain industry.
- **A Skilled Communicator**: With excellent communication and presentation skills, you are as comfortable in the boardroom as you are on the sales floor.
- **A Passionate Leader**: Eager to face challenges with a result-driven approach and exceptional problem-solving skills.
