**The Role**

As the Venue Manager, you are the backbone to the business and it is your responsibility to ensure that you maintain the highest level of compliance and standards at all times, ensuring a smooth operation of all moving parts across the Venue.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Personality, this is a personality driven Venue;
- Be a leader that is calm under pressure who can execute a service that is both professional, engaged and knowledgeable
- Have a strong focus on team building to maintain a happy, stable team that is passionate about great service and is able to have some fun along the way
- Exposure to managing a medium to high-volume venue;
- A minimum of 3+ years in a Venue Manager/senior management position;
- Compliance/WHS management and HR skills in reducing risks, managing incidents, performance managing staff, etc;
- Experience communicating with staff at all levels;
- Have proven experience of meeting KPI's and managing the teams to a budget
- Strong budget management and sales growth skills
- Experience driving high standards through people; and

In the role you will be exposed to all elements of the business, reporting directly to the Operations Manager and have lots of support both from the group Directors and upper management team, alongside a dedicated FOH team.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
