Three Blue Ducks are looking for Experienced Section Waiters to join our busy team located at URBNSURF

Our Melbourne restaurant encompass our ethos on a bigger scale. Located in Tullamarine, as part of world-class surfing destination URBNSURF with a menu that features the best of Victoria’s farms, wineries, craft breweries and artisan producers. You also get to enjoy the perks of being located next to perfect waves - either soaking up the atmosphere or grabbing your board and diving in

**About Us**:
Trading 7 days, breakfast through dinner providing friendly and attentive service in an energetic restaurant environment, we’re looking for passionate, knowledgeable and friendly section waiters to join our front of house team.

Three Blue Ducks Melbourne is a busy restaurant serving up to 300 diners and drinkers per day. The section waiter is the primary contact for most of our diners, advising them on our menu, maintaining beverage service and clearing tables, communicating with management to support turning tables in a fluid service, and supporting general restaurant operations.

We’re a professional but fun, positive and social crew, working with food and beverage we're genuinely proud of. Team work, enthusiasm and inclusivity are all key factors in our ethos.
- **Must have full time availability and be available to work weekends**

**Skills and experience**
- Good time management, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, a magnetic personality and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Some knowledge of wine, beers and spirits for us to build on.
- A genuine desire to to work as a team to show all our guests a great experience with us
