We’re seeking a Community and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to effectively contribute to the communications and stakeholder engagement functions in GCISolutions.

Leveraging from your experience and talent, this is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about community and stakeholder engagement. This role is crucial in ensuring open communication channels, addressing community concerns, and facilitating collaboration between the company, stakeholders, and the community.

**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Develop and implement project-related community engagement plans and manage project communication activities across the GCISolutions works program.
- Attend and contribute to project planning, design, and construction meetings to identify potential stakeholder impacts and mitigations.
- Manage day-to-day stakeholder enquiries and complaints and attend meetings with stakeholders regarding project works.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement surveys to monitor satisfaction with GCISolutions works in the field.
- Support the Community & Stakeholder Engagement Lead to deliver program communications.

**About you**
- Ability to work from our office located at **Arundel**:

- Experience implementing customer and community engagement activities on civil works projects during planning and delivery - highly desirable
- An awareness of the Queensland water industry is desirable but not essential
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications (or relevant equivalent experience) in marketing or communications.
- Certificate in International Association of Public Participation (IAP2).
- The ability to play a pivotal role in building and maintaining positive relationships
