**Overview**:
ModnPods is a leading modular pod manufacturer specialising in innovative and sustainable living spaces. We create modern, sustainable, and functional pods for Holiday Parks around Australia. As an Interior Designer at ModnPods, you will play a vital role in creating unique and personalised interior designs that enhance the overall aesthetics and functionality of our pods.

We are looking for an Interior Designer to join the team In this role, you will be responsible for managing pod

specifications, assisting customers in selecting suitable colours and finishes, and designing interior spaces that align with their vision and requirements. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Queensland.

**Main tasks**:

- Collaborate with the design team to understand the overall pod specifications and project requirements.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the available pod models, their layout options, and technical constraints.
- Assist clients in selecting the appropriate pod model and layout based on their needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the design process.
- Prepare 2D and 3D design renderings, mood boards, and material sample presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and the production team to ensure the feasibility and smooth execution of interior design plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including design revisions, material specifications, and client approvals.

**Required/Relevant Qualifications & Work Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and at least 2 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in commercial and modular design.

**Required/Relevant Skills & Knowledge**:

- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction detailing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.

Annual salary will be between $70.000,00 to $80,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
