- Are you ready to lead a dynamic team as our Maintenance Delivery Lead?- Join us at our depot in Arundel, where you'll oversee a dedicated group of 5 supervisors and a superintendent, ensuring seamless operations of Water and Wastewater assets throughout the Gold Coast under a 10 Year agreement between GCI Solutions (a Joint Venture between Ventia and Downer Group) to support the City of Gold Coast to deliver Asset Lifecycle Delivery Service (ALDS) program.With a focus on decisive leadership and strategic direction, you'll drive excellence while fostering collaboration and building solid client relationships. **About you**
- Degree Qualified or Professional qualification in Engineering, Science, or equivalent qualification
- Experience ensuring financial viability and performance of contracts across area of responsibility, regularly review the costs /gap analysis of the division of delivery within the contract.
- Ability to make quick and informed decisions to ensure mínimal disruption to operations in line with the client expectations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and effective communication skills in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment
- Experience with SAP ERP and data analytics and reporting tool and techniques desirable.
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities with the service delivery partner through review of KPI performance, expenditure, and operational analysis.
