About the Role
- Provide quality customer focused rostering and workforce management support services (including the planning, creation, and maintenance of rosters) to nurse unit/line managers to ensure optimum workforce deployment.
- Pro-actively manage time and attendance records, liaising with staff and nurse unit/line managers to enable accurate scheduling activities and pay outcomes.
- Establish and maintain a close working relationship with nurse unit/line managers to understand the operating environment and requirements.
- Pro-actively undertake relief management (as required), processing unplanned leave, identifying relief staff for vacant shift, processing redeployments, and assigning additional shifts.
