Bring your relationship management skills and passion for Agribusiness to lead and develop a portfolio of diverse clients in this exciting Rural Manager role, based in the Central Highlands region of VIC.

Supporting farming business to growth and prosper, your connection to the agricultural industry through work, education or family farming will provide a strong foundation for success in this challenging and rewarding role.
- Develop and Drive portfolio growth identifying opportunities for new partnerships
- Work with farm owners to plan for future financial resilience and success
- Manage and simplify complex financial interactions for clients
- Develop your leadership skills and progress your career in regional Australia
- Demonstrated experience in a rural banking or account management role
- Ability to simplify and manage complex banking interactions for clients
- Knowledge and understanding of specialised financial products
- Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of different stakeholders
- Understanding of the business, attitudes and needs of agricultural customers
- Experience in family farm succession planning would be highly desirable

THE ROLE | The role will see you work with Agribusiness customers to support their short and long term financial needs through the delivery of tailored financial and consulting services. Working as a conduit between financiers, business advisors and intergenerational stakeholders, you will leverage the tools at your disposal to ‘future proof’ farming businesses, ensuring financial viability into the future.
