**About the Role**
This role will be based in the Private Practice Suites, so previous experience in a Medical Receptionist role is essential to be considered.
**Technical Skills Required**:
- Attend to switchboard in a timely professional manner
- Attend to patients and visitors at the reception desk and direct all enquiries proficiently
- Schedule all appointments and produce reports as required within the doctors Patient Management Systems
- Build a positive working relationship with the doctors
- Ensure billing of patient accounts is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Understand billing of item numbers and importance of referral knowledge
- Undertake daily banking and receipting functions
- Medical Typing experience is not essential but preferred.

**Remuneration**
On offer is an hourly rate ranging from **$31.36 - $33.64 + **superannuation based on experience and qualifications. Exclusive of penalties and allowances.

**Requirements**:
- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases.
