WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- Develop structured marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives aligned with the Hilti Team
- Create and maintain value propositions, price volume scenarios, dual line strategies, value communication, product life cycle management. etc.
- Successful introduction of new products
- Continual monitoring and rationalisation of product ranges, positioning products in the appropriate phase of life cycle and Stock forecasting
- Understanding the market and customer needs: Market Structure / Size / Segments / Trends, Competitive Environment and buying behaviour
- Close liaison with the Sales Force to support daily business and broaden Market / Product knowledge.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

- Experience in sales and marketing of diamond coring products
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree highly desirable
- Drive to live and breathe in different markets - Domestic and international mobility is essential
- Passion for technology and creativity to shape what's next
- Solid sales, engineering or marketing experience in construction or related relevant industry
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen with strategic & critical thinking skills - to understand customers, market context, competition, and develop plans & drive opportunities for the business
