An exciting opportunity exists within our Dairy Team for a Brand Manager Communications Lead. This is a position that sits within the Coffee & Dairy Business Unit, in the Dairy team and working in a team of 4 marketers.

This role is focussed on MILO and includes Nesquik and coaching the Assistant Brand Manager in developing comms in the Baking Milks category (Carnation & Nestlé). This is a particularly dynamic Business Unit where strategy, innovation and communication are developed locally while working closely with our global stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced marketer who has a passion for translating consumer insights into market-leading advertising and media plans, building strong media and creative agency relationships, amplifying value from sponsorship activities and leading a team of cross-functional experts to build alignment and support for ANZ initiatives.

You will be leading a variety of projects including:

- Creative and media plans development and execution
- Leverage and amplification of sponsorship programs
- Internal & external PR
- Website & Ebusiness asset development
- EDM programs and 1st Party Data activation
- Product sampling & promotions
- Leading Brand Health Tracking, Ad tracking and other research & evaluation.
