**About the role**

Reporting into and working with a dynamic CEO who your ability to stay 1 step ahead is critical. You will be responsible for providing timely support to the CEO, managing a complex & ever-changing diary, organising travel & accommodation, support the CEO in the preparation and review of Board and Governance Committee Reports, along with monitoring the implementation of Committee decisions, creating agendas’ and taking minutes of meeting while formatting and creating documents and reports and providing support to the ELT when required.

**Selection criteria**:

- Proven experience in a EA role supporting a C-level executive
- Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality display sound judgement
- High level communication / people skills with proven stakeholder engagement exp.
- Computer literacy - MS Office Suite & SharePoint
- Blue / yellow card and NDIS Worker Screening card - current or willing to obtain
- Double Covid vaccination required
