**About the Strategy, Transformation and Projects (STP) Team**

Strategy, Transformation and Projects (STP) brings together functions of strategic planning, business development and reform, redesign, and enterprise project management. As a key portfolio in STP, the Strategy & Planning team delivers on high priority organisational objectives across organisation and service strategic plans, sustainability, and major capital projects in alignment with Monash Health strategic priorities.

**About The Role**

We are excited to announce a full-time ongoing Partner role within the Strategy and Planning team.

Reporting to the Director, as a senior member of the Strategy & Planning team, the Partner will support the delivery of the Strategy & Planning team work plan and contribute to the overall portfolio of the team. Working closely with other team members in the Strategy, Transformation & Projects division, Executives, General Managers, clinical leaders, and frontline teams, you will provide advice and expertise to deliver initiatives in alignment with organisational priorities and the implementation of Monash Health’s Strategic Plan 2023.

**About You**

You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard or fit-for-purpose health services and programs to the largest public health catchment in Victoria. You are an advocate of Monash Health’s Strategic Guiding Principles.

- Enthusiastic and able to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders
- Excited to be accountable for and managing specific portfolios in our relentless pursuit of excellence

**What you need**
- Experience in service planning in tertiary health setting would be highly regarded
- Project management and/or change management certification is desirable
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Relevant undergraduate tertiary qualification
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Australian working rights
