**Your opportunity**
- Drive first call resolution and offer customer the best solution that meets their financial obligations
- Adhere to the Collections Debt and NCCP consumer guidelines.
- Support the department delinquency by contributing individually to the business target.
- Work on more complex collection accounts and propose solutions
- Seek approvals when required for further collections actions/costs

**You will bring to this role**
- Customer focused with superior communication skills and the ability to learn & adapt to new systems
- Knowledge of debt collections in financial services, utilities or services is an advantage
- Passionate about high performance and exceeding business expectation.
- Ability to deal with complex collections accounts
- Ability to work 8.30am - 5pm
