**The Company**

An exciting full time, permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced end to end Accounts Receivable Officer to work with a market leading Building and Construction business based in the Southeast of Melbourne. With supportive management, this a great chance to join a high performing and very well-regarded Finance team. A recognized market leader, the company provides bespoke services to an increasingly diverse range of Industries and clients. The company has experienced strong growth due to its premium service offering with its cutting-edge designs.

**The Role**

Join this high performing and close-knit Finance team. The position is full function AR, where you will become a valued and vital cog in the AR and wider Finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your primary duties will comprise of:

- Full function AR
- Allocations
- Credit claims
- Invoicing
- Receipting
- Maintaining a large ledger of both small and large accounts
- Creating new accounts
- Collections of overdue accounts
- Dispute resolution
- Banking
- Dealing with credit queries
- Identifying credit risk
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by Finance Manager

**About You**
- Min 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar Accounts Receivable Officer position
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good working knowledge of Excel and a large ERP System
