What You'll Be Doing:

As a Telephone Debt Collection Specialist, your role will involve:

  • Empathetic, considerate, and professional interactions with customers to find effective solutions.
  • Quick thinking and the ability to adapt to emotional and highpressure situations.
  • Collaborating with a supportive team to achieve collective goals.
  • Negotiating payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding debts.

To be considered for this role:
The following is non-negotiable, and we do require you to commit to this:

  • Ability to work minimum 3 shifts per week (
    note: our office is closed on Public Holidays and weekends)
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.
  • Ability to finish at 8.30pm Monday to Thursday if required.
  • Ability to start at 7.30am if required Monday to Friday.
  • Available to work Mondays and Fridays until at least 5pm.
  • Commitment to at least 18 months in this role or LONGER
  • Work from our office location at 799 Springvale Road in Mulgrave
  • South-Eastern Suburbs.
