**About You**

You will have demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support roll out of new features and software versions among other customer team duties. Additionally, you will have excellent verbal and written skills used in your direct communication with customers at all levels of business.

**Requirements**:

- Australian Citizenship or permanent work VISA
- Cert IV in Information Technology or equivalent experience (minimum)
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for continual learning, growth, and development.

**The Role**
- Troubleshooting configuration/implementation issues
- Resolving networking issues.
- Speaking to customers on the phone and in the ticketing system to quickly identify the root of their problem and help resolve it.
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customers.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve problems.
- Following up with clients to ensure their problem is resolved.
- Supporting the roll-out of new versions and features.
- Managing site-wide upgrades of customer equipment.
- Contributing to keeping procedural documentation up to date.
- Managing multiple support tickets/cases at one time across multiple customers.
- Assessing hardware returned for repair.
- Provisioning hardware prior to delivery, including:

- Updating software and configuration files
- Staging and checking operation
- Contributing to continuous improvement of iVolve products and services.
