**Dispense Technician**
- Full time hours
- Up to $36 p/h + Super
- 6 week Contract starting 25th September

- Monday to Friday

Our client a well-known and respected pharmacy group are seeking an experienced dispense technician to join inner city suburb in a hospital pharmacy for 5 days per week. Initially for a 6 week contract which may extend.

In this role you will be dispensing prescriptions using the Merlin system (will train), providing end to end customer service at a high level, assisting the pharmacists and customers with all health-related advice along with general customer service as a team player.

To be successful in this role you will need your Cert III in pharmacy, the capacity to operate in a very fast paced environment along with the ability to work well under pressure. Your flexibility to be able to demonstrate availability across 5 days with no time restrictions will see you at the top of the list for this position. In addition, you will need experience in community pharmacy along with strong relationship building skills and the ability to learn a whole new system, previous knowledge of a pharmacy-based software system would be essential.
- High level of communication and customer service
- Experience working as a dispensary technician or pharmacy assistant
- Be an organised person with excellent time management skills and attention to detail

**Main roles and responsibilities**:

- Dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage dispensary stock
- Pack and coordinate Dose Administration Aids
- Provide customers with advice and high-quality service
