**The Role**
The Rostering Coordinator is an integral position playing a crucial role in supporting the service delivery team to effectively maintain well-balanced and accurate staff rosters in a timely manner.

Reporting to the Service Managers this role will liaise with multiple departments and act as a pivotal resource for frontline staff to ensure appropriate coverage of staffing to ensure the delivery of services across Sydney and Melbourne.

**_Duties include, however are not limited to._**
- Ensuring accurate staff coverage across services
- Support Services management team with proactive and reactive staffing and
- capacity planning
- Communicating rosters and roster changes to relevant staff and managers
- Support recruitment by engaging with applicants regarding agreed rostering requirements within recruitment processes.
- Administer advised workforce planning requirements, including roster changes, leave and absence planning to ensure effective coverage of all shifts to participants and service delivery targets.

- Experience working within SCHADS/HPSS Awards and rostering requirements. - **- Essential**:

- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Excellent administration and attention to detail
- Agility and timely responsiveness
- End to end rostering and coordination processes
- Highly effective time management skills and exceptional attention to detail
