THE ROLE


Reporting to the Service Managers, you will be responsible for supporting the service delivery team to effectively maintain well-balanced and accurate staff rosters, taking into account delivery needs, staff availability and requests.

You will also communicate rosters and roster changes to relevant staff and management, administer advised workforce planning requirements and coordinate rosters within set budgetary requirements and in line with the SCHADS Award for Peer Workers and HPPS award for Counsellors.


THE ESSENTIALS

  • Rostering, coordination and calendar management experience
  • The ability to work through and navigate complex challenges
  • Experience working with SCHADS/HPSS awards and rostering requirements
  • Experience in working HeroPay/Workzone rostering platforms
  • WWCC and Police Checks. This role may also require an NDIS Worker Screening Check
