**About the role**:
We are looking for an experienced Iteration manager with experience leading cross team delivery in a large complex environment.

In this role you will:

- Lead delivery backlog and cross team delivery
- Coach delivery squads through the delivery pipeline in line with Coles technology program of works
- Help the team to make their work transparent. Including conversations with stakeholders as changes and issues arise, iteration reporting and showcases to stakeholders.
- Facilitate and lead Agile inception/planning workshops
- Backlog grooming and feature elaboration
- Agile Delivery leadership
- Coach project teams in the mind-shift towards working in an Agile manner
- Setup and facilitate workshops to align technology and business teams
- Setup Agile practices and ceremonies across complex systems of works
- Ensure alignment against Agile best practice whilst driving business outcomes
- Cross project dependency management and co-ordination
- Contribute to our Continuous Delivery culture
- Engage stakeholders and conducting or participating in workshops to facilitate information capture for development systems on production environment.

**About You**

You are an experienced and proven people leader with excellent interpersonal & leadership skills alongside analytical & problem-solving skills along with
- 5+ years’ experience strategizing and maintaining large programs of work
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Iteration Manager or similar in agile environments
- In-depth practical and demonstrable experience working in an Iteration Manager role in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and purpose
- Strong understanding of various agile methodologies
- Self-motivation, mentoring and leadership skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Market knowledge and experience in the delivery and management of retail and technology solutions
- Excellent skills in leading a team including coaching, having difficult conversations and providing feedback
- Facilitation experience and able to facilitate agile ceremonies
- Comfortable resolving conflict and able to facilitate discussion on alternatives and different approaches
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of flexibility with the ability to adapt to change
- Understanding of team capability and capacity and effective prioritisation for managing delivery of customer demand
