I am currently partnered with a Federal Government Client who is seeking an APS5 Case Management Officer for their Geelong CBD office.

**Your new role**

Join this evolving team, in a full time temporary assignment for 12 months with the potential to extend. My Client is also offering working from home flexibility.

Are you tech-savvy? Do you have experience working with data; data entry, collecting, cleansing reporting? Have you used Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate & Access or other similar systems? This one might just be for you

The APS5 Case Management Officer will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries. The role will be required to undertake activities and tasks using available information where options are not always evident. Responsibilities include:

- Researching and drafting responses for complaints, Ministerial and other documents as required
- Analysing and assessing AAT Applications received by the Agency
- Managing the requests for medical and functional assessments
- Preparing and filing Tribunal documents as required for AAT Applications received, within strict time frames
- Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed as the APS5 Case Management Officer, you will need:

- Excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated experience with data entry, collection, analysis, cleansing
- IT proficiency, especially with the use of Microsoft Excel
- Experience drafting and writing high level correspondence
- Ability to work to strict time frames with a complex workload
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
