This role plays an important part in the day-to-day bookkeeping for our internal advisory divisions as well as the on-boarding of clients in our BlueRock OnDemand division.

**What you'll be doing**:
**Business Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Analyse market trends and competitors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Attend networking events to build relationships.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
- Maintain regular contact to understand client needs.
- Act as the primary contact during onboarding.

**Sales and Marketing Support**:

- Prepare and present client proposals.
- Develop promotional campaigns and materials.
- Track sales activities using CRM software (HubSpot).

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Monitor and report on sales performance.
- Provide updates on business development efforts.
- Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
We want to hear from people who have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and payroll services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Hubspot).
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
