About this team
FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. **A day in the life**:

- Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the Financial Analyst supports our Retail channel. This role supports key financial planning activities, including the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting processes. The role is responsible for detailed data analysis on key business drivers and assists in the provision of information to support key business decisions along with overall budget management.
- Responsible for sales planning and performance management of all stores and outlets within the portfolio
- Responsible for setting and reporting against KPIs to various business partners
- Support with weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics and commentary on financial performance
- Execute the quarterly forecasting process for all stores and outlets
- Manage sales and operating expenses by reviewing monthly financial performance against budget, and providing detailed variance analysis
- Responsible for setting and managing store compensation targets for both revenue and expenses
- Provide important business information and support with ad hoc reporting and analysis

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 3-5 years professional experience in business, finance or FP&A
- Experience with budgeting, planning and performance management
- Professional accounting designation ideal, and not required
- Experience with Hyperion or other large ERP systems is essential
- Experience with PowerBI essential
- Ability to build, analyze and interpret complex financial reports and projections in MS Excel
