**What you’ll do as a Senior Finance Analyst (IT)**:
As a **Senior Finance Analyst **, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance & analysis function within TGE. Delivering timely and insightful analysis to support decision making for the various stakeholders will be a key skill. Acting as the key business partner to the IT Leadership team and Group FP&A, this position will work with the IT Innovation & finance teams to understand business performance, support with period reporting requirements, and to participate in various projects including continuous performance related initiatives.

**Responsibilities includes (not limited to)**:

- Preparation of overhead corporate budgets and forecast in a timely manner
- Develop methodologies that challenges the IT function to deliver optimum commercial outcomes
- Business partnering with Chief Innovation Officer and extended leadership team to drive cost performance
- Preparing and presenting monthly variance analyse to senior management, including identification of trends, risks and opportunities
- Owning the labour costs modelling, including headcount reporting
- Managing third party IT spend
- Reviewing of monthly balance sheet reconciliations

**What are we looking for in a Senior Financial Analyst? What’s important?**
- 5+ years post qual experience
- Strong financial analytical skills
- CA/CPA qual (or similar)
- Experience building/supporting business cases (cost/benefits modelling etc.)
- Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills
- Can work through change, in an often fast-paced environment
- Strong systems & reporting tools experience (e.g., Oracle, TM1, Power BI etc.)
- You can grasp complex ideas, communicating them clearly & effectivelyAbility to identify/mitigate financial risks, and drive actions/solutions accordingly

**Extra points for the following (not essential though)**:

- Oracle experience would be considered advantageous
