**About the role**:

- Effective management of a high-volume sales funnel
- Prepare sales cases for handover to operations post order
- Analyse Customer Service Review notes from the Customer Consultation team
- Build long-lasting relationships with your client base
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve quarterly targets
- An academic qualification or trade qualification - electrical or mechanical, shall be highly regarded

**About You**:

- Experience in and passion for customer sales and service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace change
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
- A proactive, resilient and resourceful attitude
- Ability to work with computer programs: CRM, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Manage your pipeline and diligently record interactions with your customers
