**About the Role**:
Leading the Materials & Packaging and Responsible Sourcing sustainability pillars, you will develop, drive and implement company’s sustainability initiatives whilst engaging and partnering with key domestic and international stakeholders.

To meet and exceed the Australian Sustainable Packaging Guidelines, APCO (Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation) signatory requirements and Ethical Sustainable Governance (ESG).

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement National Materials & Packaging and Responsible Sourcing strategies.
- Contribute to the continuous development of company’s national sustainability framework.
- Develop and manage national sustainability reporting functions.
- Collaborate with the international business to development strategy and share learning.
- Support any independent audits, when required, of our annual reports and the implementation of action plan.
- Increase sustainability knowledge internally and keep up-to-date with all relevant standards, sustainability initiatives and market and technology trends and developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in sustainability, ideally in materials and packaging, responsible sourcing.
- Experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies with a commercial mindset.
- Knowledge of the Australian regulatory frameworks and relevant standards (e.g. Australian Packaging Covenant)
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging sustainability trends, challenges and technologies
- Experience in positively influencing behavioural change and stakeholder engagement
