The Sustainability Reporting Manager will play a key role in advancing sustainability initiatives by overseeing the development, implementation, and communication of comprehensive sustainability reports. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent project management capabilities, and a passion for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:Sustainability Reporting:
  • Lead the development and production of the annual sustainability report, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to industry standards and guidelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance indicators.

  • Stay abreast of emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks to continually enhance the quality and relevance of reports.

Data Management and Analysis:
  • Manage sustainability data collection processes, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

  • Analyze and interpret sustainability metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance data collection systems and ensure alignment with reporting requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and feedback for sustainability reporting.

  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to facilitate the integration of sustainability goals into business operations.

Compliance and Standards:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant sustainability reporting standards, frameworks, and regulations.

  • Monitor and communicate changes in reporting requirements and industry best practices.

Communication and Transparency:
  • Develop communication strategies to effectively share sustainability performance with internal and external audiences.

  • Support the integration of sustainability messaging into marketing, communications, and investor relations efforts.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorâs degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in sustainability reporting, ESG data management, or related fields.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, CDP, and others.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
